We all know Ronald McDonald, the guy who smiles and waves his hand to welcome you at, duh, McDonald’s. You’ve seen him in just about every city you’ve visited. Unlike anywhere else in the world though, Ronald McDonald in Thailand has a different gesture. While it is not uncommon to be greeted by the proper ‘Wai’ in Thailand, it is quite a unique experience to get a Wai from Ronald!

He also says “Sawasdee Krab” -- saying hi in the Thai language -- to everyone who walks past him.

Lumpini Park, a great place to cool down from the hectic Bangkok, is a huge park located in Pathumwan area, in the city center. From 6 pm Monday to Saturday, you will find hundreds of Bangkokian gather around for their daily aerobics in front of the park. You'll be delightfully entertained by the sheer number of people doing synchronized movie alone.

One thing that makes The Deck unique is its view from the restaurant, spectacularly located right across the river from the Temple of Dawn. You’ll enjoy the scenery while tasting their delicious food, whose reputation travels well across the city.
